So I went for my final post operative check and here I was thinking it's been a month since my surgery and I can start working out.  (Remind you this was my mentality last week).  Thankfully I only worked out only two times cause doc says I have to wait another week before I do any working out.  This stinks cause my motivation is slowly disappearing.  Help!!!!  I do get my walking in everyday with commuting to work but I need more.  Help!!!  Alex
