Hi...Alex here.  Worked out for the 1st time in over 2 months last night.  Sore as heck.  Back hurts.  But if I can't complain about it on my blog then who can i complain to?  Just sitting here watching the biggest loser waiting for a commercial to pullout my ab lounge.  Man it collected dust like you wouldn't believe.  I am still excited about this whole thing and I find the support wonderful.  Thanks to everyone for your great ideas and good luck wishes.
